The base material for shoe packaging boxes is typically made of high-stiffness, non-folding-resistant cardboard, such as strawboard, rigid cardboard, food-grade double-sided colored cardboard, and grey board, with a common thickness of 13mm.
Inner lining materials include offset paper, coated paper, coated white cardboard or white corrugated paper, as well as plastics and sponges. The choice of facing materials is very wide, including coated paper, imitation leather paper, flocked paper, and various specialty papers, fabrics, silk, leather, and foil.
Printing methods are also flexible and diverse, combining offset printing, screen printing, and hot stamping.
Corner reinforcement can be achieved using tape, paper, or fabric, etc. This packaging method is usually considered a mid-range option, falling between inner packaging and outer carton packaging.
