FAQ
Q: Does Jinying provide samples, and if so, are they free?
A: We offer free digital proof samples. Please note that slight color difference would exist on digital proofs samples. If customer require bulk samples, a machine start-up fee may apply.
Q: What is your company's lead time?
A: Standard lead time: 7–14 working days. Rush orders can be arranged flexibly.
Q: What is the shipping method?
A: For local customers in China and Vietnam, we provide door-to-door delivery. For overseas customers, based on customer’s requirements, we can adopt terms such as FOB, EXW, CIF, DDU, DDP etc.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For regular box styles, our MOQ is 500. For orders with less quantities, we will adopt tiered pricing or charge a certain machine start-up fee.
Q: Which factory will produce my order, China or Vietnam?
A: We will allocate production based on customer’s requirement, destination, cost and delivery requirement. We will confirm the production location with customer before production starts.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We support T/T as our regular term. Other terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
Q: Do you accept monthly payment terms?
A: For overseas customers, monthly credit terms are acceptable upon approval by Sinosure. We will cover the insurance cost ourselves. For local customers in China and Vietnam, we will review customer’s company background and transaction history before approval.
